She holds the CFA and CAIA designations and works in the financial services industry while actively advocating for women’s empowerment, identity, and self-leadership. Her book, Discovering Your Identity: A Rebirth from Interracial Struggle, explores her journey as a third-culture woman navigating belonging, culture, and self-worth. Urmi also hosts Stories Beyond Borders, a podcast amplifying diverse voices on identity, migration, language, and the meaning of home. She serves as Co-Chair of Women in Leadership’s Montreal Chapter and is passionate about public speaking, mentorship, and continuous growth.

Denise Fraile is an entrepreneur and one of Palm Beach County’s most recognized philanthropic leaders, known for mobilizing and contributing to significant charitable support through strategic partnerships across the nonprofit and business communities. A respected professional and strategic advisor, she specializes in connecting leaders, donors, and organizations to drive measurable, lasting impact. Esther Kentish is a medical humanities researcher, author, and workshop facilitator working at the intersection of literature and healthcare. Her work explores how doctors process clinical experiences through writing, particularly in the aftermath of COVID-19. Through research and reflective writing workshops with clinicians, she examines narrative identity, emotional processing, and the evolving language of care within contemporary medical practice.

Tanya Bennett is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and travel curator passionate about helping women rediscover joy, confidence, and purpose after life transitions. With over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, government contracting, entrepreneurship, and travel, she inspires women to embrace reinvention, healing, and purposeful living after 50 through storytelling, faith, and transformational experiences.

Tammy Fallin is a breast cancer survivor, advocate, and founder of Beyond Pink Ribbons, a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals in active treatment with real-life financial needs. Through community outreach, support groups, and fundraising events, she focuses on the side of breast cancer many people do not talk about—the emotional and financial burden. Tammy is passionate about visibility, healing, and helping others feel seen, supported, and understood throughout their journey.
